NEURO-LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING (NLP)

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a personal development and communication methodology that explores the relationship between how people think (neuro), how they use language (linguistic), and how patterns of behaviour are developed and maintained (programming).

NLP provides a collection of models and techniques designed to help individuals understand and change thinking and behaviour patterns.
